Kim Krause Berg Speaking at Search Camp Philly

If you’re looking for a relaxing way to learn new skills by experienced practitioners from the web development and marketing industries, an unbelievable opportunity is available from Saturday, September 6 to Sunday, September 7 at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Called Search Camp Philly, this two day event will focus on search engine marketing, analytics, web design, user experience, social media and networking and much more. The entire weekend fee is $21, with some of the fee donated to the Science Leadership Academy. Speakers are not paid. Company sponsorships finance the workshops and otherwise, you bring your backpack, notebook and banana.

If you wish to meet me, my talks are:

1. Why Flash Websites Aren’t Good for Search and Usability – Saturday, 1-1:45 (Advanced 2 Track)

2. Building Communities – Saturday, 3-3:45pm (Advanced Track)

3. Usability 101 – Sunday, 10-10:45am (Basic Track)

4. B2C Site Clinic – Sunday, 2-2:45 pm (Intermediate Track)

The beauty of Search Camp Philly is it was born out of a “Hey why don’t we???” moment inspired by PodCamp Philly. As a member of Internet Marketers of Delaware Valley, I came to learn about it and offered to help get involved. Cre8asiteforums, the forums I Founded, is donating $500 in support.

I’m passionate about my topics and would be thrilled to spend time with you.
